  • Job Description

    - Generate plans and implement human resources strategies including HR policies
    - Facilitate company development by effective manpower planning with HR strategies for recruitment, career development, and succession planning
    - Select and recruit high-quality, appropriate candidates to fulfill business requirements
    - Develop performance management system to ensure workforce capabilities and goals are met
    - Work closely with team members and colleagues to understand employees' training needs
    - Conduct training sessions, coaching and mentoring programs with professional advice and guidance
    - Solve any inquiries, complaints, and disputes in disciplinary matters
    - Develop and integrate existing HR practices and implement new initiatives
    - Update and review HR policies in line with Thai employment laws and business needs
    - Identify possible employees' relationship activities or programs in building team spirit and sense of unity

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    - Male or Female, Thai nationality, age between 36-42
    - Master’s Degree in Human Resources Development or Psychology or a related field
    - Work experience in HRM and HRD (managerial experience is preferred)
    - Strong knowledge of Thai employment and regulations
    - Good command of English (excellent level) and computer proficiency
    - Outstanding skills in planning and organizing with an ability to lead and influence others
    - Ability to drive changes and interact effectively across all levels of the organization
    - Ability to manage external relationships well
    - “Can do” attitudes, proactiveness and dynamic personality
