  • Job Description

    - Set up CRM system and analyze CRM data to identify opportunities and provide strategic insights and action plan
    - Design and enhance loyalty program budget and reward program (Point Rewards)
    - Responsible for CRM data analysis for developing and contribute effective business management strategies
    - Track reward program performance including analysis campaign results
    - Plan and deliver CRM strategies to encourage customer retention and loyalty
    - Customer segmentation analysis and ensuring database is segmented effectively for targeted marketing activities
    - Monitor and maximize customer lifetime, conversion rate and decreasing gap cycle for ensuring maximum profitability and commercial opportunities
    - Develop strategies for all aspects of CRM to ensure the most effective approach for company and its products
    - Develop long-term strategic relationships with key accounts and long-tail sellers
    - Provide knowledge to customers via handbook updates and selling guidelines
    - Solve and fix problems between customers and organization
    - Coordinate with internal and external parties to launch the promotion for our customers efficiently and punctually
    - Provide strategies to increase sales for each customer level/category to achieve weekly/monthly/quarterly sales targets
    - Communicate with customers via various channels ex. emails, notification, etc.
    - Expand existing customer base within assigned category
    - Analyse and forecast sales and plan for current opportunities for business
    - Work closely with MKT by applying online marketing strategies to achieve sales target
    - Work closely with GM and marketing team to improve sales activities
    - Summarize and analyze report to General Manager

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    - Male or Female, Thai national, age between 35-45
    - At least 5 years' experience in CRM/MKT management
    - Background in e-commerce would be an advantage
    - Proven record of good performance in CRM/MKT sales management
    - Good analytical skills, proactiveness with great attention to details
    - Ability to define direction for the area that is being operated
    - Adaptable to the fast-pace of e-commerce dynamics
    - Leadership, can-do attitude and teamwork spirit
    - Self-starter and ability to work independently
    - Well-organized, innovative and result-oriented
