  • Job Description

    - Coordinate with hiring manager regarding manpower budget and timeline to support business requirements
    - Manage the selection and recruitment of monthly new staff
    - Prepare employment contract, training and briefing (employee benefits and welfares)
    - Prepare monthly and yearly report and other reports
    - Manage employee competency appraisal and KPI system
    - Perform talent management system
    - Manage learning and development policy
    - Train and supervise junior staff
    - Control H.R. information system
    - Control the relations with university and internal & external communication
    - Conduct an employee engagement survey
    - Implement and propose effective pay structure to Board of Directors
    - Perform other related duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    - Male or Female, Thai national, age between 45-50
    - Bachelor's Degree in H.R. management
    - At least 10 years’ experience in HR management
    - Ability to speak and write English (TOEIC scores higher than 600)
    - Excellent communication and training/development skills
    - Having good service mind

  • English Level

    Level 4 - Conversational Level
