  • Job Description

    - Develop business relationships, generate, and negotiate business to an agreed annual qualitative and quantitative target increasing year-by-year
    - Focus on winning the most relevant key players in vertical markets such as education, hospitality, chain store, government, etc.
    - Drive team to develop and enable corporate channel partners
    - Maintain positive business relationships with partners of all levels and recruit new resellers
    - Create a valid business planning, execute and adjust the plan based on market changes
    - Coordinate all parties in these leads: partners, distributors, marketing, etc.
    - Build strong pipeline management and manage sales channel to develop the sales pipeline, ensuring all sales activities are maintained up-to-date
    - Exercise leadership to lead sales/pre-sales to respond to tenders and requests for information in a timely manner
    - Possess drive, motivation and acute attention to details to ensure all sales opportunities to company are captured and explored

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    - Male, Thai national, age between 35-40
    - Bachelor's Degree in IT, Telecom, Business or related field
    - At least 5 years' experience in channel management and sales management in IT industry
    - Proven leadership of partner recruitment and enablement in IT industry
    - Good understanding of networking applications
    - Able to meet tight deadlines, follow up on commitments and take disciplinary action wherever appropriate
    - Good skills in presentation, communication and interpersonal skills with strong sales aptitude
    - Strong sense of responsibility, initiatives and commitments
    - Business planning and project management skills
    - Good personality, service mind, enthusiasm and hard-working attitudes
    - Good command of English (writing and speaking)
    - Self-motivation, good team player and ability to work under pressure
