• Job Description

  - Monitor and control daily operations of assigned cell and solve operational problems incurred during production process in order to ensure quality of products according to the agreed specifications and target date
  - Plan, monitor and control daily operation within assigned cells
  - Set the priority of operational process
  - Assign works to subordinates and follow up
  - Follow up on the current work progress comparing with planned schedule
  - Randomly check the quality of repaired parts and forward them to related procedures for further correction required
  - Identify operational problems and work with engineering team on improvements
  - Recommend solutions based on work procedures, standard procedures, manual and engineering advice/disposition
  - Inform CS about the cause of problems and the status of repair orders
  - Discuss required resources and manpower with direct supervisor
  - Improve efficiency of assigned cells in term of TAT, quality, cost saving and all other operational KPI’s
