  • Job Description

    - Manage structural changes within team and keep up with business flow
    - Devise and implement strategies and solutions to optimize team workflow
    - Coach team members to operate within a controlled environment
    - Overlook the distribution and allocation of cases amongst team
    - Supervise junior lawyers’ and admin’s workflow
    - Conduct one-by-one reviews with lawyers and admin team
    - Understand commercial issues within legal documents and agreements
    - Negotiate service level and commercial agreements with counterparties and lawyers
    - Establish competitive pricing schemes for legal services and develop new business

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    - Male or Female, Thai national, age between 35-40
    - Bachelor's Degree or higher in Laws, Accounting, Business Administration or Management
    - More than 4 years' experience in Business Management or Administration
    - Good communication skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team
    - Good at writing and reading English
    - Strong analytical problem-solving and time management skills
    - Computer literacy
