  • Job Description

    - Prepare trial, new model, die design change and process change
    - Conduct Kaizen methods in Q, D, C of parts (made during mass production)
    - Develop machinery techniques relating to the production with Kaizen to reach the standard
    - Perform Kaizen methods to reduce cost in factory to meet the objectives
    - Consider and analyse the use of energy in company
    - Manage and control the machinery standards
    - Introduce and proactively apply Hi-Bekidouritsu Zero Activity
    - Prepare Kaizen activities (techniques) and follow up progress

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    - Male or Female, Thai national, age between 25-35
    - Bachelor's Degree in Engineering
    - At least 1-2 years' experience in manufacturing
    - Good command of spoken and written English
    - Having related knowledge and leadership skills
    - Able to work on Saturday
