Job Description

1. Responsible for supporting work systems directly related to the production line2. Responsible for creating, developing and testing program by C++, Python, Visual Basic, PHP, JAVA, on IoT Base3. Responsible for controlling network system under various protocol standards, including all available operating systems according to the scope and company policy4. Responsible for investigating and analyzing user problems, including troubleshooting, testing and implementing in the process5. Responsible for installing software and improving the quality of the software according to the company’s policy6. Responsible for supporting and operating the system for the user7. Responsible for reporting the progress of work to your immediate superior8. Responsible for supporting, presenting, and implementing new information and methodologies used in system development9. Responsible for responding to users’ IT support requests on the Helpdesk system in a timely manner10. Responsible for maintaining computer equipment that is the company’s property according to the company’s regulation11. Responsible for other related duties as assigned, including participating in the various activities of the company
