Job Description
- Responsible for supervising of mechanical facility engineering
- Check project schedule to be meet
- Check safety and health standards and legal requirements
- Maintain budget management and payment record
- Negotiate the best deal with contractors and vendors
- Security management
- Manage equipment, piping systems, building management systems, and building repair
- Write summary report on building conditions
- Other assigned tasks requested
Qualifications
Requirement
- Male / Thai nationality Age 27 - 40 years old
- English: communication level
- At least 3 years of experience in mechanical facilities including air conditioning system, water supply, duct, fire protection, waster water, plumbing, HVAC, and other mechanical facilities
- Driving license and own car is preferable
- Read and understand drawings by Auto CADEnglish Level
