• Job Description

  - Communicate with Japanese management executives
  - Handle orders on a daily basis and act as contact person for internal and external customers
  - Provide appropriate responses to phone calls, emails and office equipment inquiries
  - Provide administrative activities related to order fulfilment
  - Coordinate with related departments (transportation, warehouse and sales) to deliver company's products to customers
  - Maintain and update customer database (contact information and customer requirements)
  - Prepare reports and support related information as assigned
