  • Job Description

    - Reports to team leader, supervisors and managers.
    - Liaison and cooperation between sales and operation teams.
    - Maintain contact with clients through completion of each project.
    - Handle all incoming calls from clients.
    - Provide support to tour leaders/guides, clients and guests at the destination.
    - Monitor and review quality standards of suppliers through communication with inspection managers, tour leaders, guests and clients.
    - Constantly check and update itineraries to ensure proper operation and avoid disruption and miscommunication.
    - Meet/greet clients/tour leaders as required, including airport departure and arrival.
    - Staff travel with groups at least twice per year.
    - Domestic and regional business trips as required.
    - Keep up with current travel news and information to remain up to date on the industry and to develop new business opportunities.
    - Carry an emergency after-hours mobile phone if and when required
    - Work shift hours patterns that include weekends and holidays as and when required.
    - Any other office or business related duties, such as general operations, administrative or coordination tasks as required.
    - Deal with and solve problems and complaints promptly as they occur.
    - Coordinate and modify service, hotel and restaurant bookings in unforeseen situations that may arise while guests are travelling.
    - Negotiate with suppliers and clients to protect margin as necessary.
    - Negotiate contracts and/or contract new services if/when required.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    - Thai national, age between 28-35 years old.
    - Bachelor's Degree in related field.
    - Having work experience in B2B and corporate services is essential.
    - Minimum 5 years' experience in corporate travel environment.
    - Understanding of travel industry market & culture is desirable
    - Excellent written and verbal Thai language skills are essential.
    - Excellent communication skills both in writing and speaking in Thai and English.
    - Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
    - Understanding of the importance of corporate image and standards in client and guest relationships.
    - Familiar with Express program, apps, cloud and cooperative systems.
    - High level of flexibility and adaptability in handling changes as the company evolves.

Additional Information

    - 0.1% of sales (normally 8 mil. per month per person)
    - Yearly BONUS (minimum one-month salary based on sales performance, if achieved)

    - Europe tour leader, per dium per group tour (2,000 THB per day, 4 trips per year)
    - Asia tour leader, per dium per group tour (1,000 THB per day, 2 trips per year)
