    - Coordinate with stores, Head Office and related departments
    - Summarise and analyse monthly sales information to enhance sales revenue and staff performance
    - Manage and motivate staff to enhance sales revenue and efficiency
    - Evaluate the result of staff performance
    - Solve problems and complaints from customers to support Store Manager

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    - Male or Female, Thai national, age between 30-35
    - Minimum 3-5 years' experience as Sales Supervisor
    - Experience in retail sales will be preferably considered
    - Skills in communication and staff training
    - Ability to coordinate and supervise team staff
    - Ability to coordinate with other departments and shopping mall
    - Able to work in Bangkok or at assigned area in the upcountry
    - High responsibility and ability to work under pressure
    - Having a valid Driver's License is preferred
