  • Job Description

    Job Core Responsibilities:
    - Maximize customer satisfaction through quality and service operation improvement action
    - Serve service managers and staffs by identifying their needs; solving product quality issues, service technical training, etc.
    - Main product will be VS (Visual Solution) products, such as Information Display, Interactive Whiteboard, Video wall for “Business to Business” business area
    - Based in Thailand but responsible for corporate subsidiaries in Dubai, Australia, New Zealand, India, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand and Vietnam including distributors in other Asia/MEA countries

    Job Description:
    - Plan and conduct the service training by checking service level through skills and knowledge examination
    - Grab the market quality situation and feedback to factory to improve it promptly
    - Monitor the service operation of sales subsidiaries and report the result to them for improvement
    - Support Asia Parts Center to improve service parts supply ratio, back order and inventory
    - Support SMTL sales and marketing team to expand the sales of display product in cooperation

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    - Male or Female, Thai national, age between 30-35
    - Direct experience from copier industry
    - Proven track record of more than 3 years of experience from other competitors or similar industries is an added advantage
    - Good command of English (upper intermediate)
    - Excellent communication skills and requisite diplomatic/negotiation skills
    - Grasp knowledge and supports team proactively
    - Must be willing to travel frequently to other countries

    - MFP (basic operational description of MFP):
    - Technical Support Installation, Maintenance, Adjustment, Diagnose, Troubleshooting, Repair, Software
    - Reporting skills (to reports issues to Corporate HQ PROPERLY and CORRECTLY for investigation and improving quality)
    - Market Survey (grasp and investigate the market quality and service operation of other competitors)
    - Service Training (plan the training contents and curriculum)
    - IT skill: Basic Knowledge of Software & Network
    - Create training materials and conduct training depending on the company’s level
