  • Job Description

    - In charge of company’s products including implementation of methodology & service on product, script, scoping & gap analyst, data correction, company portrait, creation of client numbers, account implementation, and client roadshow till Go Live
    - Coordinate with regional team to lead standardization and improvement of key business processes in operations to help improve quality and productivity
    - Lead the implementation of change by ensuring new/changed processes are supported by optimal use of IT, and fully deployed by Operations
    - Ensure process improvement initiatives are kept closely-aligned with high-level business priorities.
    - Work closely with Heads of Operations and Reference Cells to identify improvement opportunities and take the lead in defining & streamlining new/improved processes
    - Quantify the business benefits (quality/productivity upsides)
    - Manage and handle script processes including amending & updating as per company instruction, creating clients account into company system
    - Oversee the data correction, ensure the client's data is accuracy complying with company system & policy
    - Handle and create client portrait through the company system prior to implementation processes (company portrait)
    - Handle and manage clients weekly & monthly report to Operation Department for Business Analysis (reports)
    - Respond to implementation & product support presentation and work with internal team to present the company’s implementation & product support processes to the clients (presentation)
    - Work closely with team leader in order to support COE projects by involving and coordinating all the team on data consolidation fill in all related matric report, deck and presentation
    - Other job responsibilities as assigned by company

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    - Male or Female, Thai national, age between 25-30
    - Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Sciences or related field
    - More than 3 years’ experience in similar capacity
    - Experienced in Travel Management
    - Able to communicate in English
    - Excellent Time Management
    - Strong verbal and communication skills
    - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suites
    - Excellent organizational and analytical skills
    - Good at opportunity analysis and thinking out-of-the-box for new and better ways of doing business
    - Familiarity with project management methodology
    - Understanding of the development, implementation and customization of business requirements
