  • Job Description

    - Responsible for monitoring and maintaining the computer systems and networks of the organization
    - Install and configure computer systems, diagnose hardware/software faults, multi-function printers
    - Set up new users in Microsoft Windows active directory and LDAR
    - Set up new user email accounts and initial configuration of the PC
    - Configure user access rights for various applications
    - Troubleshoot system and network problems and diagnose and solve hardware/software faults
    - Replace parts of equipment as required
    - Provide support, including procedural and manual documentation
    - Follow diagrams and written instructions to repair a fault or set up a system
    - Run network applications to support systems and users
    - Support new applications
    - Respond within agreed time limits until completion
    - Prioritize and manage several open cases to service desk
    - Rapidly establish a good working relationship with other professionals in order to make necessary repairs
    - Test and evaluate new technology

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    - Male or Female, Thai national, age between 25-30
    - Bachelor's Degree in IT or related field
    - More than 2-3 years' working experience in Windows Server Administration, Windows Desktop
    - Having knowledge or skills in Basic Networking
    - Having knowledge or skills in ticketing applications, good analysis and troubleshooting PC issues
    - Able to communicate in English (written and verbal)
    - Having positive attitudes, problem-solving and interpersonal skills
