Job Description
- As HR Supervisor, you will be responsible for the full spectrum of employee relation, human management, human resource activities, employee termination, labour laws and reporting to HR Manager in Samutprakarn
Qualifications
Requirement
- Male or Female, Thai national, age between 27-35 years old are warmly welcome
- Proven working experience as Employee Relations Specialist or HR Executives in Logistics industry
- Willing to work six days per week at Pluak Daeng, Rayong
- Solid experience in employee engagement, employee activities, human management and handling all matters relating to labour laws
- People-oriented and results-driven
- Excellent active listening, people management, communication skillsEnglish Level
