• Job Description

  PURPOSE:
  - Manage and maintain all member data
  - Lead operation process and manager performance to maintain effective and quality policy of administration team in policy insurance, premium payment, renewal, application and welcome packages
  
  KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
  - Provide overall direction and management for policy administration services
  - Develop efficient operation process and maintain operation performance (set goals for excellence)
  - Work with underwriters to get the report done on time
  - Overview the application and enrollment processes; ensure all member data is completely accurate
  - Manage and chase customers for outstanding paperwork and working to deadlines
  - Ensure invoice, acceptance letters and exclusion letter processed on time with correct information
  - Ensure all customer account information is updated in the database; maintain, endorsement and reconcile member accounts
  - Manage and validate welcome package before sending to members.
  - Ensure premium renewal is correct and submit to members within timeline
  - Ensure payment of premiums is well managed according to method agreed at the point of sales
  - Review workflow, procedures and resource allocation, identify areas for improvement, drive and implement changes for service excellence
  - Develop and coach staff to improve efficiency and foster team spirit
  - Ensure successful completion of direct reports’ KPIs
  - Participate in service enhancement and ad hoc projects
  - Be a team player to back up other functions for purpose of service continuity
