• Job Description

  Responsible for the production control, Production Engineer, production management and problem analysis and solving for the overall production planning
  - Able to managing more than 1,000 staff
  - Verify and follow up on the production (the information and maintenance)
  - Prepare activities and plans to increase the productivity
  - Manage and supervise staff of the production line
  - Coordinate with other departments for effective production management
  - Improvement of Production control : Management for KPI of Site Management based on business plan
  - Improve on-site work : Work analysis to Proposal of improvement plan, Work efficiency improvement activity, rationalization activity,etc.
  - Equipment Maintenance planning : Management of facility maintenance, facility trouble correspondence, etc.
  - Equipment planning: equipment plan based on business plan
  - Target products: Mainly automotive parts (friction materials, powder metallurgy products, batteries, etc.),
  - Technical guidance, support and training for local Thai staff in the promotion content
  - Willingness communication between Japanese staff and local Thai staff, Supplier, Communication support
  - Have business trip to each branch and promote local guidance
  - Other tasks as assigned by Japanese Manager
