  • Job Description

    - Review, draft agreements and legal documents both in Thai and English
    - Provide legal opinion focusing on labour and business law
    - Ensure compliance with company regulations
    - Find the effective solutions for various problems
    - Monitor the updated laws and regulations
    - Coordinate with external lawyers and government officials
    - Other related tasks as assigned

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    - Male or Female, Thai national, age between 27-35
    - Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Law
    - At least 4 years of post-qualified experience in commercial, business and labour law in foreign company
    - Strong knowledge of commercial, business and labour law
    - Knowledge and experience in intellectual property law, foreign business law and BOI would be an advantage
    - Good command of English (business level)
    - Able to handle various tasks within timeframe
    - Japanese language skills would be an advantage (not required)
