  • Job Description

    - Inform and communicate company services, new features in products, technical support, price movement, product supply situation, and so on toward customers
    - Establish and maintain effective business relationships with existing and prospective customers
    - Maintain company product support service with South-East Asia customers
    - Ensure efficient service to customers and handle all customer complaints with good result oriented
    - Provide and service customer at the regional and district level in collaboration with all department and monitor significant issues regarding customer satisfaction
    - Implement innovative services and techniques on market requirement which attain to better company goods and services for the sales maximization and profitability
    - Analyze and prepare product feasibility and recommend appropriate marketing and sales, also services strategy to achieve on company target

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    - Male or Female, Thai national, age between 22-30
    - Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineer or any related field
    - Minimum 2 years' working experience in technical support and customers service support in heavy industries equipment
    - Knowledge of Internet, Hydraulic Diagram and Electrical Diagram
    - Proficient in English communication (Japanese will be an advantage)
    - Having good computer skills (Microsoft Office)
    - Others; hard-working and good analytical mind, team player, self-motivated, strong communication skills, initiative, independent and also having interpersonal skills
