• Job Description

  - Plan the business expansion and new customers acquisition with the team
  - Plan and increase customer's satisfaction
  - Build up teamwork and delegate jobs within sales function to be more productive and efficient
  - Contact and visit both existing and new customers
  - Collect all SOP of team members into files for further reviews
  - Collect all RFQ packages of customers and save as soft files in Share Drive for further reviews for each year
  - Collect and prepare weekly reports of all customer complaints for further reviews and perform continuous improvement on service
  - Collect and prepare monthly reports of team members
  - Provide consultation and assistance to support subordinates
  - Verify the completion and correctness of rate offering and condition including RFQ & SOP of team members before submitting to customers
