Job Description
*Responsible for management for HR and GA section
- To handle the labor relation based on labor low.
- To evaluate the employees.
- Handle HR-related tasks such as recruitment, payroll, training, and so on.
- Conduct related tasks of administration(Manage Subcontractor /Viza・Work permit/Manage facility)
- To manage the Environment and safety in the company
- Report to Japanese manager in English
- Other tasks as needed
Qualifications
Requirement
【 Must 】
- Female / Age: 40~48 years old
- At least communicative level English to report to Japanese manager(L4 up)
- Having at least 5 years experience as HR manager in Automotive Japanese manufacturing company(Employee more than 300 employees)
- Having experience in environmental and safety tasks
【 Advantage 】
- Having knowledge of labor laws
