• Job Description

  - Responsible for team management; providing direction, coaching, and training for all engineering team members and ensuring safety in operation
  - Supports the efforts of process engineers in investigating and resolving quality issues, making recommendations for preventive actions, optimising current products and processes and commercialising new products
  - Establish and maintain a process and quality assurance audit function to ensure compliance with standards and specifications
  - Develop corrective action plans and systems
