  • Job Description

    - Develop, maintain and manage new customers and existing sales within assigned customers and sales territory
    - Visit customers (companies) to conduct sales of industrial equipment for mechanical use (Ayutthaya, Rayong, Chonburi, and around industrial estate)
    - Check out existing equipment and recommend upgrades or replacements
    - Demonstrate where to place the equipment and how to use
    - Estimate date of delivery based on knowledge of manufacturing department’s production and delivery schedule
    - Arrange installation and test-operation of machinery and recommend solutions to product-related problems
    - Communicate with Japanese staff in Japan and report sales progress
    - Respond to customers' inquiries in the area not covered by distributors
    - Recieve, qualify and distribute customer's inquiries received from direct sources
    - Responsible for the implementation and maintenance of all aspects of sales in related functions of business system
    - Create, implement and maintain technical information on production line and application using materials supplied by other functional areas
    - Create and modify as required by personal and sales quotation structures for each product and service
    - Prepare quotes using information provided by production and engineering department
    - Establish and maintain price list, customer database and install machine database by working closely with product/segment managers and marketing planning manager
    - Develop and maintain a computerized reporting system of sales calls, orders, distributor activity, lost orders, etc.
    - Support manager in preparing routines and complex customer orders, routing or responding to correspondence of sensitive issues and following-up on internal sales
    - Initiate appropriate follow-up actions with customers and distributors as requested by sales and product/segment managers
    - Develop and maintain systems of tracking and reporting commission payment to distributors and sales associates
    - Develop and maintain procedures to initiate customer orders into operation cycle
    - Produce clear, timely and thorough package for each customer order
    - Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    - Male, Thai nationality, age between 33-40
    - Work experience, minimum 3 years, in sales and marketing of machinery
    - Work experience in stamping machines is a plus
    - Proficient in all aspects of purchasing, inventory control, export and import as well as logistics
    - Regular attendance and punctuality are mandatory for this position
    - Japanese proficiency, minimum JLPT N3
    - Good command of English (upper intermediate level)
    - Good negotiation and interpersonal skills
    - Having a valid Driving Licence
    - Ability to work under pressure
