  • Job Description

    - Manage and coordinate R&D activities
    - Responsible for new design and formula improvement to meet the customer's specifications
    - Responsible for mixing process and maintaining the quality of compound
    - Research and develop new products and control all formulations
    - Set up standard of all incoming raw materials (that used in compound process)
    - Control cost saving and the production process to reduce rejected parts, waste and cost
    - Plan and direct staffing, training and performance evaluations to develop competencies of subordinates

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    - Male or Female, Thai national, age between 35-43
    - More than 10 years'experience in rubber industry
    - Bachelor’s Degree in Rubber Engineering Technology or related field
    - Solid knowledge of designing and manufacturing in rubber products; especially in hoses, tires or vibration control including the rubber bearings, etc.
    - Familiar with computer and office software; AutoCAD and other software (for designing products & mould)
    - Able to communicate in Simple English and understand basic technical terms in English
