Job Description
- Contact vendor for details about raw material bids and other conditions
- Compare, negotiate and select vendors to place orders
- Prepare purchase order sheet, present the order sheet to authorised individual for approval and send the purchase order to vendors
- Track deliveries of raw materials and coordinate with transportation agents to receive/dispatch
- Prepare the purchasing report
- Maintain and update the current list of certified raw material suppliers
- Handle other responsibilities as assigned by Supervisor
Qualifications
Requirement
- Male or Female, Thai national, age between 22-35
- Bachelor's Degree in Cosmetic Science, Business Administration or related field
- Background experience in Purchasing Raw Material is preferably considered
- Communicative English and able to read cosmetics extract well in English
- Good at Microsoft Office and Internet
- Skills in negotiation and comparing prices
- Highly responsible; Good human relation skills; disciplined; able to work under pressureEnglish Level
