    - Support in implementation of HR initiatives/projects to all corporate affiliates in Thailand
    - Collaborate with H.Q. in Japan & Reginal HQ in Singapore in rolling out important policies
    - Work in collaboration with Human Resource Development team to design talent development framework
    - Understand talent needs and collaborate with group companies to design programs to attract, develop, and retain talent
    - Support in preparing report/presentation for management meeting

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    - Male or Female, Thai national, age under 36
    - Experienced in HR planning or related field
    - Good command of English (upper intermediate)
    - JLPT N2 or higher
    - Strong communication skills & conceptual thinking

  • English Level

    Level 4 - Conversational Level

  • Other Language

    Thai, English, Japanese
