  • Job Description

    - Lead a team of dynamic and experienced actuaries with a focus on acting as a bridge between the numerical data into commercial business sense
    - Demonstrate consumer credit risk experience, in the areas of origination, portfolio and collections
    - Set up, review and maintain reinsurance program, which is one of the primary tools in insurance risk management
    - Perform complex issues of insurance, financial, and economic research/analysis in collaboration with marketing, product
    management, underwriting, claims, actuarial and sales teams
    - Collaborate with other functional areas to develop quality standards, strategy tactics and systems for monitoring performance for all insurance transactions
    - Utilise knowledge and understanding of insurance operations, provide recommendations for process
    improvements, market development and goal attainment based on analysis performed
    - Prepare presentations of findings and recommendations and may participate as a co-presenter and/or lead portions of projects to achieve goal
    - Manage product pricing, development and approval process
    - Provide actuarial support to our business channels on strategic initiatives
    - May review work of less seasoned staff for accuracy, logic and appropriateness
    - Develop and may act as coach on processes for reporting out information to organization
    - Coordinate and execute risk assessment activities in enterprise-level risk types or scenarios (including emerging
    risks/scenarios, new products/ventures, by risk type, etc.)
    - Design a portfolio, monitor plans (flexible and robust) to ensure coverage of significant risks that may impact the quality and collectability of the portfolios
    - Maintain records of insurance and finance, including tracking invoices, cash flow, fee and premium spend annually
    - Review the compensation schemes from financial and strategic perspectives

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    - Male or Female, Thai national, age between 28-37
    - Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematics, Business, Statistics or Economics
    - More than 2 years' experience in product management or product development
    - Work experience in insurance, actuarial, product management, programming, data reporting and analysis or related functions for 3-5 years
    - Good knowledge of health insurance
    - Strong skills in data analysis and reporting
    - Strong written and oral communication skills
    - Ability to multi-task and meet tight deadlines
    - Organizational skills and attention to details
    - Self-starter with the ability to work independently
