    - Enhance working efficiency of staff
    - Execute the talent selection process
    - Study and understand working culture of organisation in order to plan Staff Development

    - Handle JD (job description), scope of work, WI, career path and promotion (engage)
    - Motivate staff and team to develop working procedures and strive for self-development
    - Recommend and implement working tools, including new technology to facilitate the workflow and to smoothen the operation
    - Summarise and report the action plans

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    - Male or Female, Thai national, age between 28-35
    - Bachelor's Degree in H.R., Political Science, Law or related field
    - Good E.Q. and coaching skills
    - Communication and coordination skills
    - Dexterous and eagerness to respond to assignments
    - Others; open-minded; self-motivated; continuous self-development
