  • Job Description

    - Responsible for managing project to reach targets, schedule, quality and safety requirements
    - Acknowledge company profits and control cost of all company projects and other affairs concerning Engineering Department
    - Monitor work performance of all engineering staff under supervision to follow company rules and regulations
    - Coach and supervise all engineering staff to be more efficient and productive
    - Support and cooperate closely with other internal line managers
    - Continually improve work quality of engineer staff
    - Control and manage projects to meet customer's requirements and satisfaction
    - Control work performance and quality of all engineering staff under supervision

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    - Male, Thai national, age between 40-48
    - Bachelor's Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
    - Work experience, 12 years, in project management
    - Work experience, 5 years, in middle management (preferably in Japanese company)
    - Having been trained in safety in management level (certificate is required)
    - Having been trained in "ISO Auditor" with certificates is preferred
    - Good knowledge of ISO 9001:2008
    - Good knowledge of mechanical or electrical engineering
    - Good command of English (TOEIC scores, higher than 470)
    - Computer literacy in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD and PLC
