• Job Description

  - Responsible for production planning
  - Assist in setting up new factory
  - Conduct new mould trial and injection condition standard
  - Control and coordinate process as per production plan
  - Provide efficiency of process and production for quality, quantity and delivery time
  - Improve the productivity by reducing defective wastes
  - Manage manpower and safety concerning the production
  - Manage approximately 10 - 20 people in the Department
  - Report to Japanese Manager
