  • Job Description

    - Implement policies from Senior Management Executives to operate as company standard requires
    - Formulate strategies for H.R.D. management system as needed to achieve company targets
    - Control Human Resource tasks effectively in workforce planning, recruitment, H.R.D., payroll structures, benefits package development, appointment, transfer, promotion, penalty and benefit adjustment
    - Verify and solve problems from coordination and operation of subordinates.
    - Encourage company staff to strive for self-improvement
    - Provide knowledge for staff to maximise the capabilities for work
    - Develop yourself by regularly learning more knowledge about H.R. functions and others
    - Communicate with related governmental departments such as Department of Labour Protection and Welfare, Social Security Office, etc.
    - Perform other tasks as assigned by Supervisor

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    - Female, Thai national, age between 35-45
    - Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Management, Business Administration or any field specialised (majored) in Human Resource
    - Minimum 8-15 years' experience in H.R. functions
    - (required) Solid knowledge of Labour Protection
    - Skilled in problem-solving (important)
    - High Leadership and being a Good Role Model for other staff
    - Strong attention to details and careful management of tasks (such as decision-making, etc.)
    - Loyal, Unprejudiced and Fair Individual
