  • Job Description

    - Determine annual unit and gross-profit plans by implementing marketing strategies; analysing trends and results
    - Establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions and territories; projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products
    - Implement the sales programs by developing field sales action plans
    - Maintain the sales volume, product mix, and selling price by maintaining current cost with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators and competitors
    - Establish and adjust the selling prices by monitoring costs, competition, supply and demand

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    - Male or Female, Thai national, age between 35-45
    - Bachelor's Degree or higher in any related field
    - More than 7 years' experience in sales and marketing functions
    - Work experience at management level
    - Direct experience in FMCG or in lighting product sales
    - Good communication and analytical skills
    - Good command of English (speaking & writing)
    - Ability to manage sales team (2-3 sales staff)
    - Hands-on, results-oriented and active personality
