• Job Description

  - Develop electrical control systems for new mixing machines, mixing systems and reactor systems
  - Perform programming and commissioning of PLC- (Siemens S7-TIA), HMI- (Siemens WinCC-TIA) and process control system
  - Design new control systems for standard and customized machines as well as systems for chemical, food, and pharmaceutical industry with responsibility for implementation and attention until/to serial production
  - Handle Hardware Engineering (ex. drawing of circuit diagram with ePLAN P8)
  - Supervise production, assembly, commissioning and servicing of the control systems for prototype systems
  - Select, supervise and coordinate with subcontractors
  - Prepare costings at different design steps
  - Cost and schedule consciousness for the projects
  - Research works (ex. components or competing products)
  - Responsible for the assembly of prototypes and test evaluations
  - Compile full documentation, maintain project files and support technical documents
  - Perform in-plant processes and standards (ISO, Milestones)
  - Work in accordance with valid standards and guidelines
  - Implement hazard and error analysis
