  • Job Description

    - Provide general support to our Sales Team
    - Receive orders and send quotations
    - Handle and resolve simple customer complaints
    - Organise workflow to meet customer timeframes
    - Support customers regarding product information, confirmation of orders, delivery status of orders, invoices and billing inquiries and credit notes
    - Maintain and update customer database in the system (changing details or adding information about new customers)
    - Prepare daily/monthly sales reports such as daily sales report, SO Picking list, margin per invoice, report of export, intercompany report, new account report, selling VAT record/report, example given to customers report, etc.
    - Handle customers and FUCHS management/staff on all related subjects

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    - Male or Female, Thai national, age between 27-35
    - Degree/diploma in Business Administration
    - Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar position
    - Good skills in planning and organising
    - Able to analyse situation from different point of views
    - Good communication skills both verbal and written
    - Good written and verbal communication in English
    - Good skills in Data Processing (MS Office)
    - Others; diligent; reliable and highly energetic; customer-orientation; able to deal with conflicts; attention to details and accuracy; able to multitask; good team player, etc.
