• Job Description

  - Welcomes distributors and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
  - Attend and manage distributors’ enquiries
  - Responsible for D.A. and A.R.O. registering and processing
  - Handle Order Processing (all types of order)
  - Generate and create all reports needed on a daily basis
  - Handle all associated administration accurately: Distributor Application, Product Purchasing Agreement, ARO, ARO amendment, GSDAI, Refunds, Exchange, Resignations, Changes to Distributor Records (e.g. name, address, etc.)
  - Ensure all funds are handled properly with honesty and perfect reconciliation
  - Conduct sales of company’s products via walk-in and phone-in contacts with distributors when necessary
  - Follow, execute or implement company’s policies and procedures strictly and accordingly
  - Assist colleagues on daily responsibilities or attend to enquiries
  - Solve problems related to distributors when needed
