  • Job Description

    - Prepare precise and complete quotation for customers
    - Follow up customers and overseas inquiry such as shipment status, related documents, billing, claims, and other requirements
    - Coordinate with booking team to request cost and others to support sales team to prepare for RFQ package
    - Coordinate with CS and other sections in order to share relevant information to support customer requirements smoothly
    - Prepare customer lifting report on a monthly basis
    - Prepare weekly report of customer complaints to be reviewed by Supervisor
    - Follow up and solve problems that caused by operation
    - Verify completion and correctness of rate offer and condition before submitting to customers and concerned parties
    - Review and update quotation with current market price to the customers

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    - Male or Female, Thai national, age between 22-28
    - Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Economics, International Business, Logistics or related field
    - Minimum 1-2 years' experience in Sales or Customer Service; preferably in Freight Forwarder or Import & Export
    - Good command of English
    - Good communication skills (internally, domestically and overseas)
