Job Description
- Manage and render quality setting on products (process and quality management system)
- Manage and select any defects concerning appearance, uniformity and customer criterion before the delivery
- Control subordinates to work and achieve KPI
- Coordinate with other sections to analyse data and establish appropriate solutions to develop quality management system
- Control quality assurance (Q.A.) in process (FMEA, control plan, SPC, MSA, initial control, periodical sampling, etc.)
- Perform corrective and continuous improvement to minimise customer claims and complaints
- Support and manage all quality activities (QCC, audit, quality patrol, etc.)
- Other related tasks as assigned
Qualifications
Requirement
- Female, Thai national, age between 30-35
- Bachelor's Degree in any field
- At least 5 years' experience in quality management system in automotive, training system or development field
- Good knowledge of quality system, customer care and/or supplier management
- Familiarity with tools, activities, concepts and methodologies of quality management
- Good knowledge of ISO 14001 requirement
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Communication and report writing skills
- Hard-working, positive thinking, self-motivation and team spiritEnglish Level
