    - Arrange maintenance schedule inspection
    - Arrange appointments with customers for car maintenance schedule
    - Respond to incoming calls from customers and solve problems for customers
    - Follow up maintenance and repairing cases and report to Manager
    - Coordinate with workshop, suppliers and related sections
    - Other related tasks as assigned

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    - Female, Thai national, age between 22-27
    - Bachelor's Degree in any field
    - Computer literacy in Microsoft Office
    - 1-3 years of work experience in Customer Service
    - Good command of English

  • English Level

    Level 5 - Beginner Level

  • Other Language

    English
