Job Description
- Handle all human resources management related to recruitment, selecting, orienting employee relations, performance management, compensation, and benefits including reward and recognition programs
- Develop and implement the HR strategies through the organization
- Develop, review, and implement the Company Human Resources policies and procedures to achieve the objective and dynamic change of the company
- Ensures legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable regarding requirement, conducting investigations, maintaining records and discipline
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the recruitment function, set the strategic recruitment direction to attract both technical and management levels of employees
- Plan and forecast the HR department’s annual budgets including all training need
- Advise management on the appropriate resolution of employee relations issues and ensure that all regulations are always followed
- Monitor staff performance/improvements, including administration of KPI measurement and records
- Develop, review, and implement for Corporate Social Responsibility
- Source and manage the sub-contractor
- Ensure the validity and accuracy of employee data: Human Resource information, payroll, tax, social security and etc.
- Review and improve the company’s policy & regulation
- Provide advisory and consultancy to subordinate and all internal parties on labour law compliance, tax, social security and workmen law which is aligned with company policy and regulation
- Perform any ad-hoc assignments as needed
Qualifications
Requirement
- Male or Female, Thai national, age between 30-40
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Political Science, Management, Psychology or related field
- Minimum 5 years’ relevant HR and Admin working experiences and previous experience in working or being based in Vietnam, Cambodia or Myanmar will be an ADVANTAGE
- Knowledge and experience in employment law, compensation, organizational planning, recruitment, organization development, employee relations, safety, employee engagement, and employee development
- (Advantage) Good knowledge of International Standards; GMP, HACCP, ISO 900, BRC and SA 8000
- Good command of English
- Proficiency in MS office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint) and payroll system
