  • Job Description

    - Handle all human resources management related to the development, training program, employee relations, performance management and recognition programs
    - Develop and implement the HR strategies through the organization
    - Plan and forecast the HR department’s annual budgets regarding the development, staff improvement and all training needed
    - Advise management on the appropriate resolution of employee relations issues and ensure that all regulations are always followed
    - Monitor/review the improvement of staff appraisal and KPI measurement
    - Develop and implement training program or related matters for staff and skill development
    - Lead the implementation of the performance management system that includes performance development plans (PDPs) and employee development programs
    - Coordinate with HRM manager to create and develop the career part, salary structure and benefits
    - Create and develop the Social Compliance program and perform the audit with related parties
    - Utilise the HRIS system to eliminate administrative tasks, empower employees, and meet the other needs of the organization
    - Create tools and activities for team building & employee relationship
    - Perform any ad-hoc assignments as needed

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    - Male or Female, Thai national, age between 30-40
    - Bachelor's Degree or higher in Human Resources, Political Science, Management, Psychology or in related field
    - Minimum 5 years’ relevant working experience as HR and Admin or previous experience in working or being based in Vietnam, Cambodia or Myanmar will be an ADVANTAGE
    - Knowledge and experience in employment law, compensation, organizational planning, recruitment, organization development, employee relations, safety, employee engagement, and employee development
    - Good command of English
    - Proficiency in MS Office Applications (Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint) and payroll system
    - Good Knowledge of International Standards; GMP, HACCP, ISO 900, BRC and SA 8000 is an ADVANTAGE
    - Excellent multi-task skills and able to work within tight deadlines
    - Soft skills; independent, self-motivated, proactive, reliable leadership and good interpersonal skills
