  • Job Description

    • Control job duty and develop HR staffs in all aspects for achieve the target as following assign
    • Take the responsibilities of recruitment in the part of interview for choosing a candidate for some position / control recruitment process for achieve the target as following assign
    • Control and develop the orientation for new employee to prepare readiness of new employee can work effectively
    • Control the employee’s payroll with accuracy ,improve and develop to get with the related information as effectively and accuracy on time
    • Collect the data to the management for approval about yearly salary increment ,establish the section yearly budget
    • Take the responsibilities of labor relation ,give an advice for employee, coordinate with other sections to investigate and punish employee who beaked the company’s regulation
    • Take the responsibilities of welfare such as provident fund ,social security and claim the subvention according to the company welfare regulation
    • Coordinate with related units about performance evaluation according to the company’s regulation
    • Contract and coordinate with other organizations such as Department of Public Welfare ,Ministry of Labor ,including with YKK Group in aboard
    • Check the correctness of subordinate’s job before asking for supervisor’s approval
    • Manage and evaluate overall operation of each subordinate
    • Request information from internal and external agents as assigned
    • Study ,develop and suggest improving work performance
    • Give knowledge ,advise ,consultant regarding regulations to the employee with courtesy

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    • Male/Female
    • 35-45 years old
    • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Development , Political Science ,Psychology or related field. Master’s Degree will be advantaged
    • Good command of English, TOEIC scores will be advantaged
    • At least 5 years of experience in HRM and/or HRD
    • Ability to work well under pressure with strong problem solving skills
    • Prior experience in all aspects HR&GA; including talent acquisition, assessment, organization development and compensation & benefits
    • Fast learning, self-motivated, positive attitude, active, and service minded attitude
    • Have a knowledge of labor law
