  【Important work】
  - Detailed design, creation of equipment specifications, procurement, construction supervision, cost, and schedule management, commissioning, qualification, start-up, operator training
  - Execute short-term and long-term plans to ensure that equipment supports the growth of business
  - New capital equipment layout, equipment preparation, installation, and adjustment of start-up
  - Project planning: economic and feasibility analysis, conceptual, and schematic design, cost estimate, scope development, project implementation plan and capital expenditure preparation
  
  【Daily work】
  - Confirm that the building meets safety and health standards and legal requirements
  - Maintain budget management and payment record
  - Refurbishment, renovation, management of office administration
  - General maintenance and maintenance
  - Negotiate the best deal with contractors and vendors
  - Security management
  - Equipment, piping systems, building management systems, and building repair
  - Inspection of facilities and report on conditions affecting work
  - Respond to emergency situations
  - Create, submit, and recommend a summary report on building conditions
  - Comply with all safety procedures and requirements
  - Maintain compliance with city, county, state regulations and norms
  - Support needs and activities of after-hours building as necessary
  - Other assigned tasks requested
