  • Job Description

    - Accountable for the accuracy of market information, competitors position and business dimensioning (Business Intelligence) of assigned markets and information sharing with CAREL relevant players
    - Accountable to identify new investment trends and create appropriated lobbying activities
    - Accountable to generate market attention to CAREL technology and proposing new promotional initiatives to expand market share/niches
    - Accountable for business forecasting on medium term period
    - Accountable for Account Management
    - Accountable to organize events targeted at having CAREL technology specified/qualified by local industries

    - Keep monitoring the map of investments in the Retail environment
    - Identify targets in cooperation with Group Head of Sales, Group Head of Marketing, Managing Director, and Sales Manager in line with Corporate Strategy
    - Develop relationship networks in order to identify Final Decision Makers and Influence Players
    - Promote, with support of HQ and local staff, CAREL technology to Final Decision Makers and influencers in the market segment of Retail business
    - Drive the finalization of specification process involving appropriated CAREL team/organization
    - Have rolling update of CAREL business dimensions and interact with OEM Sales Manager for sales finalization
    - Cooperate with HQ and Regional Marketing Team on market trends analysis

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    - Male, Thai national, age between 35-40
    - Experience in Account Management methodology (Map of Power)
    - Strategic Sales: able to sell by value interacting with different typology of stakeholders
    - Able to manage complex sale process with structured customers
    - Sharp business analytic thinker approach
    - Sharp lobbyist and negotiator in the assigned market
    - Excellent public speaking skills
    - Deep understanding of selling values of CAREL Solutions for Retail
    - Understanding of CAREL Organization and processes
    - Assertive leadership and strong decision maker
    - Advocate of structured information sharing with CAREL relevant players
    - Experienced in project management
    - Able to work by priority
    - Out of scheme thinkers driving the market with new proposals
