    - Lead, guide, evaluate and develop the Sales Department
    - Set and monitor the performance of company against standards and targets in areas
    - Establish overall vision and strategy and approve policies and procedures that contribute to the Sales Department
    - Lead, direct control and develop all operation of activities to achieve its short and long-term sales plan and target

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    - Male or Female, Thai national, age between 40-48
    - Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Marketing or related field
    - Minimum 10 years' experience in Sales (Hire Purchase or Banking business)
    - Excellent sales strategy planning, sale developing and achieving sales target
    - Strong leadership and analytical skills
    - Good command of English
    - Computer literacy in Microsoft Office
