• Job Description

  • Responsible for month-end closing and ensure that deadline is met.
  • Control the accounts payable especially payment functions ensuring accurate recording of expenses and payment of vendors in a timely.
  • Handle all trade creditors process, prepare payment, Checking the outstanding balance, review the monthly report, WHT preparation, Checking and follow up.
  • Prepare bank reconciliation at the end of the month.
  • Prepare payment voucher and record in the system.
  • Follow up customs VAT receipt to filing in input tax report.
  • Handle all petty cash voucher and summary report for reimbursement.
  • Responsible for withholding tax report.
  • Monitor Assets Code, Calculation of depreciation & amortization for the month ended.
  • Participate for count stocks and checking the stock detail after count.
  • Handle any other jobs.
