  • Job Description

    - Operating Specialist of following daily working
    - Order/Forecast talking about 1,300 items of automotive parts through Nissan system
    - Order/Forecast issuing about 1,300 items of automotive parts to NITCO Japan and local supplier by NITCO system
    - Logistic, Import and BOI custom clearance and daily delivery arrangement
    - In/out and stock control by NITCO system and warehouse system
    - Nonconformance problem handling
    - Billing control (Tax invoice, purchase invoice and logistic cost invoice)
    - Sale and cost control and analysis
    - Timing adjustment of current parts abolition and new parts adoption
    - Quality document handling

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    - Male or Female, Age over 26 years old
    - Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field.
    - Over 1 years experience in SCM or Production Control of Automotive Maker
    - Experience of import and export trading, stock, daily delivery to Automotive Maker
    - Able to work outside office in warehouse and customer factory plant
    - Good command of English
    - Good communication skills and team work player
    - Able to maintain relationship with customers (NMT and suppliers, logistic and Warehouse Company etc.)
    - Basic knowledge about international trading and accounting
    - Practical experience to operate Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook
    - Hopefully acquired knowledge and experience of using Nissan System
    - Able to work at Head Office in Bangkok
