    - Prepare training activity.
    - Design Training Road Map base on Job Requirement to accomplish the company goal.
    - Design and set workflow of Training and System&Development design the standard format required ensuring the user-friendly and value-added system.
    - Performing problem analysis including methodological techniques to identify the root cause and suggested correction plan.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    - Experience 5-8 years up in HRD, Activity and Training field
    - Male/Female , aged between 33-38 years old.
    - Bachelor Degree in Human Resources Management, Industrial and Organization Psychology,Business Administration or related field
    - Able work under pressure,good communication,bright,positive thinking
    - Good Command of English both speaking and writing.
