• Job Description

  - Handle pre-opening process (hotel) such as managing all day-to-day operations, etc.
  - Supervise front desk, maintenance, housekeeping, kitchen and restaurant teams, etc.
  - Ensure all rooms and areas are checked thoroughly and meet the standards
  - Oversee maintenance issues and maintain efficient use of hotel equipment and systems
  - Respond to customer service, satisfaction, and safety
  - Handle customer complaints in a professional manner to control and prevent possible guest complaints
  - Oversee financial issues of hotel including AR, AP, and daily revenues from all outlets (cost control)
  - Continually review work practices and implement new practices as required (and train staff)
  - Generate and prepare reports and attend meeting with managerial executives
