  • Job Description

    - Contact and cooperate with customers in order to prepare all related document for sales
    - Support and provide the direction of business strategy, sales, and marketing
    - Financial billing process
    - Monitor KPI compliance
    - Complete job files to generate financial result of sales on the timeline
    - Maintain good relationship with customers
    - Handle all complaints efficiently and satisfactorily with clear and concise communication
    - Monitor problems and issues and promptly reporting to G.M., Asst. G.M. and Mgr.
    - Supervise and train all sales staff in quality improvement

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    - Male, Thai National, age between 30-37
    - Bachelor’s Degree Logistics or in related fields
    - Knowledge of Cargo Air-Import & Air-Export
    - Minimum 3 years experience in Logistic, Import & Export, Freight Forwarder industry
    - Own car and a valid Driving License
    - Willing to work at Suvarnabhumi airport
    - Experience in handling customers, managing sales team, financial billing process, solving problems and incident, and encouraging team efficiently

    - Good command of English and computer literacy
    - Capability to work well under pressure and on the timeline
    - Good interpersonal, well-organized, initiatives, service minded, and solving skills
